What is Swagbucks?
Swagbucks is a GPT site. This means you can earn money by doing various online activities such as (but not limited to): taking surveys, searching the web, watching videos, making online purchases, playing games, and starting free trials. It’s easy money. It won’t get you rich, but you should be able to earn some extra money. Today, we are going to see if Swagbucks is worth your time, and how to make the most of it.
What are the different ways to earn?
There are a couple different ways to earn points, which Swagbucks calls “SB”. I’m going to go through my favorite three and give you some tricks of the trade.
Surveys
This can very-well be one of the best places to earn SB on Swagbucks. It’s fairly simple also. All you have to do is give your opinion on different ideas/products that companies are thinking about bringing to market, and you’ll get paid! Remember 100SB = $1, so make sure the surveys that you do are worth your time.
Most likley, you won’t be making minimum wage from these surveys, I usually make around $2-$4 an hour doing surveys, so keep that in mind.
Although most of the time, the surveys are low-paying, there are some high paying surveys. Reddit user u/fjleon made a script that notifies you when there is a survey that pays more than $4.20 an hour. The script costs $1, but it paid for itself within a day. Just shoot him a DM to buy the script.
Videos
The video section may be the least-paying part of the entire site, but if you like easy money- it doesn’t get any easier than this. All you have to do is click one of the channels, let it run, and just click up/down hand every so often.
The video section of Swagbucks is great if you have an extra laptop and you want to earn a passive income of SB.
Also, if you have a old mobile phone, Swagbucks Videos apps are great easy earner. You just click play and walk away. On good days I can earn 100SB+ just by running videos on my old phones.
Money-Maker Offers
Money-Maker offers are by-far the best way to make money on Swagbucks. It is pretty much the main reason most people stay with the site.
Money-maker offers in a nutshell are this: You pay X amount of SB to sign up for a subscription and Swagbucks pays you X amount of SB, which is higher than the amount you orignally paid, so you turn a profit.
Let’s take the SurfEasy offer for example. You pay $2 to sign up for the service, and in return you get issued $24.30 worth of Swagbucks. You profit $22.30! This is the most lucrative part of Swagbucks, and you can make the most money here. Don’t start doing these offers right away! If you do, your account might look suspicous and get banned.
Conclusion
Personally, I think Swagbucks is worth it just for the Money-Maker offers. You can make a decent amount of money off of them, and they are fairly consistent. Surveys & the SB Watch app can also be lucrative at times. Overall, I think if you haven’t tried Swagbucks yet, you should give it a shot.
